Shopping and Delivery
We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and accept orders for delivery to PO Box addresses. Customers can choose free Standard shipping or Economy shipping for $20. Delivery estimates and other important details are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Support
We accept returns of defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available within 30 days of delivery. Zentopets covers return shipping costs.
